Raugust Library uses the Dewey Decimal System to organize and classify books. Speeches and orations can be found on the second floor in Dewey numbers
Use "speeches" or "oratory" as a keyword while searching the UJ Libraries filter (not Everything, which is the default). You can also combine "speeches" with a name (like a politician or public figure) or a particular topic that interests you.
