Books, like articles, will report on specific research done by scholars in the field. When you know your topic or research question, check out a few books for information that will add to your ideas or answer your questions. Films and documentaries can be a great way to supplement your other research, or to find visual representations of your topic - which is especially important for theater research.

If you would like to see if Raugust Library has a specific dramatic title in its video collection, use Advanced Search in the library catalog.
Make sure you have the radio button for Library Catalog selected, and change the Material Type dropdown menu to Video/Film. In the first search box enter the the name of the play or playwright.
